SES offers a wide range of double edge folded COOLDECK ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) fill products to meet your specific applications. The CDXX series meets the standard requirements used in Counter flow cooling towers while the CD-XF fills have been uniquely designed to provide optimum performance for Cross flow cooling towers. These fills have been successfully deployed in various industries including humidification, effluent treatment, power, petrochemical, refining, paper, chemical, steel and others.
Optimally designed to achieve (with both edges folded) high surface area for given volume SES cross corrugated ABS Fills are made by continuous forming and offer minimum resistance to airflow, able to withstand high temperature providing more cooling by lower power consumption. They have uniform thickness throughout. Durable folded edges provide strength at critical locations on the fill. The fills are easy to glue at site thus saving on transportation costs.
