DESCRIPTION
Perma Glass Mosiac Adhesive (GMA) is a two component cementitious material based on special polymers, which only needs on site mixing of the two pre-weighed components to make a paste which is used for fixing glass mosiac tiles and for laying Glass Blocks.
PRIMARY USES
Perma GMA is mainly used for fixing Glass Mosiac tiles and for laying the decorative glass blocks in glass walls.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Ensure that the surface to be tiled is clean and free from dust, grease etc. Mix C - Tone Filler of desired shade with clean water and apply the paste liberally on the back of the tiles so that all the joints are filled completely with the joint filler. Wipe clean the back of the tile so that all the joint filler is removed from the surface of the tile. Now mix the two components of the GMA and apply it on the back of the tiles as well as on the surface to be tiled and press the tile in position. After 24 hrs rub the surface of the tile with a wet cloth or sponge till the paper comes out of the tile surface.
FOR FIXING GLASS BLOCKS
Mix the two components of the Glass Mosiac Adhesive to form a neat paste. Lay the blocks on the bedding mortar of the GMA in the fashion of ordinary brick laying. After 24 hrs of laying the blocks rake out the joints and fill them up with a white acrylic sealant.

COVERAGE
One kg of GMA yields a paste of 600 cc. If tiles are fixed with a uniform bed thickness of 2mm of adhesive then one kg of GMA can fix tiles on an area of 3.32 Sq ft.
PACKING
Perma GMA is available in 10 kg packing and in bulk. Bulk packing comprises of liquid in 20 litre drum and powder in 20 kg x 4 nos sacks.
SHELF LIFE
Perma GMA has a shelf life of 12 mths if stored in manufacturer's orginal packing in a cool and dry place away from moisture and heat.
EQUIPEMENT CARE
All equipment, tools must be cleaned immediately after use with cleaning solvents. If the material sets in the pan then pan and the brushed go waste. Similar procedures should be adoped for break periods exceeding 15 mts.
