DESCRIPTION
Perma Grout 80 is a free flowing on shrink super high strength grout mix, supplied in a grey powder from which needs only on site addition of water to form a ready to use grout slurry.
PRIMARY USE
Grouting heavy machine foundation which are subjected to huge dynamic loads
Grouting underneath base plates of machines
Grouting of column/stanchion foundations
Grouting of crane rails anchor bolts dowel bars etc
ADVANTAGE
1. HIGH EARLY AND ULTIMATE STRENGTH:
PERMA GROUT - 80 achieves a compressive strength of over 300 kg/cm2 in 24 hrs and strengths in excess of 800 kg/cm2 in 28 days.
2. NON SHRINK AND EXPANSION:
PERMA GROUT - 80 is expansive. It exhibits an expansion of about 4% in plastic state and 0.2% in hardened stage. Hence the chances of shrinkage of grouting material does not arise.
3. FREE FLOWING AND SELF LEVELING:
PERMA GROUT - 80 is free flowing and self leveling. It occupies voids and recesses without the need of any tamping or vibration. The product can also be pumped.
4. SAFETY IS USE:

3. Mix perma Grout - 80 with water as per the ratios mentioned to form a smooth consistency. Slurry Lower the water content higher will be the strength.
4. Pour the Perma Grout - 80 mortar or slurry in the pocket or recess to be grouted. After initial hardening cure by placing wet hessian over it.
5. Pre cast pipe connection joints.
6. Installation of pump, diesel engines, turbines, compressors and various heavy duty equipments.
7. Various civil and mechanical application / installation.
