Gulf Degreaser A is a aqueous mild alkaline cleaner concentrate for cleaning and degreasing of machined
components, work-in-progress, pre-assembly components, machines, tools, work-shop installations and vehicles to effectively remove soluble and mineral cutting oils, lapping pastes, dye penetrants and other contaminants like grease, resin, wax, insect droppings, leftovers(food) and soot. It is specially designed as a low foaming, liquid spray wash cleaner to give all temperature, all pressure capability on ferrous metals in manufacturing processes. The complete absence of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) makes it very environment and operations friendly and also pose no fire and safety hazard.
APPLICATIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
Gulf Degreaser A is recommended for cleaning and degreasing of machined components, work-inprogress, pre-assembly components, machines, tools, work-shop installations and vehicles to effectively remove swarf and other particulate soils, soluble and mineral cutting oils, lapping pastes, dye penetrants and other contaminants like grease, quenchants, drawing compounds, wax, insect droppings, leftovers(food) and soot.
Particularly suitable where corrosion protection during short term storage is required
Gulf Degreaser A is applied by jet spraying (pressure up to 200 bar) the solution on components to be washed. The solution can also be heated (up to 80ºC) to improve the effectiveness of the fluid (removal of stubborn and tough dirt) and shorten the cleaning time.
Suitable for automated continuous operations in a wide range of industrial spray, deburring and intensive flood wash machines in concentrations ranging from 0.5% to 5%.
