• Body & Sliding Head: Manufactured using close grain heavily ribbed cast iron casting, which ensures vibration free operation.
• Sliding Sleeve: Made up of seamless tube and slides that are fitted in sliding head into closely honed bore. Cross slide under the vice can be used for woodruff key way cutting.
• Spindle: Used for holding cutting tools. These are used to firm the stiffness in the two bottoms and one top, single row ball bearings from FAG, Timken or SKF. Our spindles functions with the limit of 5 microns.
• Hydraulic Power Pack & Coolant Tank: These are fitted in the Bottom Stand. Power Pack can generate 35 Kg Cm2 using 1HP Motor, along with pump with capacity of 4 LPM.
