DESCRIPTION
MRA C-40 is an emulsifying agent to be mixed with diesel to obtain a mould release agent.
PRIMARY USE
Perma MRA C-40 when mixed with diesel functions like a mould release agent and it can be applied to all types of shutters, moulds, steel, timber, plywood, plastic and rubber moulds.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Just mix MRA C-40 in diesel in the proportion of 1 Ltr MRA C-40 to 40 Ltrs of diesel. The concentrate can be directly added the drum containing diesel close to the lid and rolled over to obtain uniformity in mixing. The mixed material is ready to be used as a mould release agent.

COMPOSITION
Low viscosity hydrocarbon vehicle blended with chemically active release agent.
COVERAGE
MRA C-40 when mixed with 40 Ltrs pf diesel covers an area of 25 to 50M2/Litre when spray applied. On new steel shutters the coverage is about 50M2/Litre. In case of plywood and metal shutters better coverage results are obtained by progressive use. When brush applied less coverage is obtained because of evaporation losses.
PACKING
MRA C-40 is available in 20 Ltrs. and 200 Ltrs. drum.
SHELF LIFE
24 mths from the date of manufacturer if stored in a cool dry place in original packing.
