Maida is an Indian all-purpose-flour made of finely milled refined and bleached wheat flour that closely resembles cake flour. It is the key ingredient used in Central Asian Indian and Pakistani cuisines. They are mainly used in making breads fritters snacks desserts sweets biscuits etc.
