DESCRIPTION
While fixing polished stones, huge granite or marble slabs, synthetic marble or granite slabs to the vertical surfaces, normal adhesives do not hold thier weight, as these stones are too heavy and have a close grained surface which is smooth. For this reason such slabls are either mechanically fixed with anchor fasteners or a mechanical key is created on the rear surface of the slabs, so that a general purpose adhesive can be used. Perma Stone Adhesive is used for creating mechanical key on the stone surfaces.
PRIMARY USE
Perma Stone Adhesive is mainly used for creating an effective mechanical key on the smooth stone surfaces.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Ensure that the surface of the stone or slab to be fixed to the wall is clean and free from dust, grease etc. make sure that the surface is absolutely dry. Perma Stone Adhesive is a two-compnent product, consisting or Base and Reactor. Pour out the base and reactor components of the product into a clean pan and mix it thoroughly witha trovel to form an even coloured and homogenous consistency slurry. Brush apply this slurry on the back of the stone. Sieve out coarse grains fro dry sand and sprinkle them evenly on to the surface and allow the slurry to dry off over night. Fix the stone to the wall with Perma SA as per the normal practice giving ample support till SA achieves sufficient strength.

EQUIPEMENT CARE
All equipment, tools and brushes must be cleaned immediately after use with cleaning solvents. If the material sets in the pan then pan and the brushed go waste. Similar procedures should be adoped for break periods exceeding 15 mts. Avoid contact with skin.
