Tanker Unloading System Series 7100

7100 series tanker Unloading System is specially designed for accurate measurement of liquid fuels and solvents during unloading from tankers. Accurate measurement of fluid is the only solution for cross checking the dip-rod measurement standard on tankers. The system offers excellent protection against pilferage and short supply normally encountered in this application.

Salient Design Features :

• Measurement of Flow using a precision Positive Displacement Flow meter.
• Built in High capacity Air Separator unit to ensure accurate recording.
• Level Switch and Control Valve to ensure 100% air elimination.
• Re-settable batch display and additional Cumulative Totalizer to record volume decanted from each Tanker as well as total volume decanted.
• RS 485 Serial port output for PLC and for direct recording of unloading transaction on PC - OPTIONAL
• LCD Dot matrix back light display for easy readability.
• Weatherproof and Flameproof electrical fittings.
