We provide Ball Mills, which are a cylindrical shaped device used in grinding (or mixing) material like ores, chemicals, ceramic raw material and paints. The Ball Mill offered by us is manufactured using different materials such as ceramic balls, flint pebbles and stainless steel balls. This Ball Mill rotates around a horizontal axis, partially filled with both the material to be ground and the grinding medium. It has an internal cascading effect that reduces the material to a fine powder. Our Ball Mill can easily operate on continuous term that fed at one end and discharged at the other end. It has large to medium-sized ball mills that are mechanically rotated on their axis. However, smaller ball mills consisting of cylindrical capped container sits on two drive shafts (pulleys and belts are used to transmit rotary motion).
Our Ball Mill is also used in pyrotechnics and in the manufacturing of black powder, but are not used for the preparation of pyrotechnic mixtures like flash powder because of their sensitivity to impact. These are potentially expensive and can grind mixture particles to as small as 0.0001 mm, enormously increasing surface area and reaction rates, which works on principle of critical speed. The critical speed can be understood as that speed after which the steel balls which are responsible for the grinding of particles start rotating along the direction of the cylindrical device.
