Product Description

<div class="\" h1"="">

We offer to our clients a superior quality machinery product in our briquetting press. A result of precision engineering and advanced technology, our product offers superior mixture of wet paste which is then compacted into briquettes in a hydraulic press. The briquettes presses are directly loaded into the extrusion press for coating on cut wires.

Approximately average data of continuous running of Briquetting Plant [k90]

  • Electrical consumption per hours : 40 to 50 KWH – (Approx)
  • Electrical consumption per Hour is depending on Raw material,
  • Electric consumption/MT of Output : 35–38 KWH - Units – (Approx)

Briquetting plant consist of two major units.

1] Sizing Unit. 2] Briquetting Unit
2] Briquetting Unit

In sizing, various raw materials converted into powder form. Homogineous mixing of different available raw material are made. The material is then fed into briquetting press by screw conveyor . In briquetteing press, it passes through taper die and punch. Due to high pressure and heat, lignite content of all raw material is transferred into liquid form and act as binder. The out put of all raw material will be directly in proportion to their bulk density.

General Information.

Agro and Food inds. Almound and gournd nut shells, Cotton stalk, bagasse, Rice husk, Husk of coffee, Sunflower etc.

Forest Industries,

Tree Bark, Saw dust, sander dust, wild grass etc. can be briquetted individually or in combination depends on their availability & blending property.

The white coal is ideal fuel which substitute coal, fire wood and other conventional fuels for boilers. White coal can be used by following industrial units,

1.Textile, Spinning mills,
2.Chemical Plant
3.Lamination Industry
4.Drying House,
5.Food Processing, Milk Plants, Vegetable, Soya Units,
6.Solvent Extraction Plant,
7.Paper mill, Distillary etc

Advantages of White Coal

1] Higher calorific value ranging from 4000 – 5000 kcal/kg.
2] Low ash content of 2- 10 % as compared to 20 – 40 % in coal.
3] No pollution, since it does not emit any sulphur or phosphorus forms so there is no need of expensive pollution control equipment.
4] Easy in handling and storage due to its size.
5] Moisture % is very less 2-5 % as compare to fire wood or coal [ 25 – 30 % ].
6] Consistant quality.

Sugar Factories can be more richer after installing Biquetting Presses.

Bagasse is a fibrous residues left after the extraction of juice from sugarcane the quantity of bagasse depends on the fiber content of sugarcane. Availability of bagasse is very high in various state of India like south Gujrat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Almost the entire quantity of bagasse produces in India is used as a captive fuel in the sugar factories for generating steam in the boiler to drive the prime Mover and to boil and concentrate sugarcane juice. Sugar mill Bagasse which contains about 48% moisture. After drying in special type of furnace. After drying and briquetting calorific value of briquetted bagasse is 4700 K. Cal/Kg.
