Defination :

The Low Flow Acrylic Body Rotameter in Screwed or Nozzle Connection , as a top-Bottom or Back Connection, is a relatively simple & reliable instrument for measuring the continuous a very Low flow rate indication.

Manufacturing Process:

Acrylic Body Low Flow Rota meter is a tapered tube, drilled directly in acrylic body, with engraving the Flow rate. In Acrylic Body Low Flow Rotameter, flow range is calibrated, engraved and colored with black or other colors on Acrylic body itself for long lasting durability.

Flow Control valve : 

These flow meters or Low Flow Acrylic Body rotameter, are provided with the Flow control valve / Needle Valve, at the entry point of the rotameter, to control the flow of the fluid, as required.

End Connection : 

End-Connection comes as back or rear connection, also known as an Inlet & outlet of the flow meter or Low Flow Acrylic Body Rotameter, generally fitted with as a Screwed or Nozzle connection.The end connection comes as a Back or Rear connection, with its suitable line size required.

How it Works :

Your line fluid raises the float in tapered in a Acrylic Tube Area, increases float moves upward, thereby showing the exact (Increasing) flow in the Acrylic Tube area & it can be control by the Flow control valve or Needle valve, at the entry point of the rotameter, as per your asking range.
 

Uses :

The Low Flow Acrylic body Rotameter are generally used for measuring the flow range of Air, Water, Chemical and Gases, etc.
