DESCRIPTION

PERMA COAT & SEAL is a single component polymer modified cementitious waterproof coating with a very wide range of applications.  It is a water proofing and corrosion inhibiting coating very useful on a variety of building materials, surfaces.  It can be easily applied on RCC, PCC, Brick/Block work, Asbestos cement sheets and even to metals.

PRIMARY USES

Perma Coat & Seal is useful in achieveing foolproof waterproofing or variety of building structures weather new or old.

It is highly effective in waterproofing on both positive side as well as negative sides of leaky structures.

Perma Coat & Seal is highly elastomeric in nature and has crack bridging ability up to 0.5 mm.

The product is non toxic environmentally friendly and hence can be coated successfully in the potable water tanks for arresting severe leakages.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Clean the area to be treated by removing loose particles, oil grease or any such deleterious materials and wet he surface with water.  Mix the Perma Coat & Seal with water in the specified proportion of 100 part powder to 25 to 30 parts water by weight, to obtain a neat slurry.  On bigger projects, use mechanical mixers to mix the product thoroughly, it can be brush applied in two coats or sprayed on larger projects.
